Live Projects

In the current scenario, when there is a visible gap in demand and supply of qualified professionals in the industry, projects can act as adhesives to bridge the gap. The Department of Civil Engineering always thrives to overcome this gap by developing research and live projects, which provide hands-on experience to our students. The projects are developed in a structured format to ensure student learning. They are implemented under the guidance of mentors and financial assistance is provided to the students whenever required. The undertaken projects are either interdisciplinary or interdisciplinary as per the need of the hour. It is essential for students to work in groups while designing projects so as to learn team effort which is a mandatory practice in the industry. The project development will enhance job opportunities for students and provide a clear insight into working in the industry. It helps students to groom their personality and build leadership qualities. It also encourages students to gain confidence and strengthen their decision-making capabilities.
