About

Department of  Training & Placement at Baba Farid College Of Engineering & Technology has an agenda of fostering the Industry-Academia Linkages/Partnerships to create a workforce empowered with the necessary and upgraded skills recognized by industry internationally. For bridging the gap between mainstream education & industry BFGI has continuously taken initiates to rise the quality standards year on year to match the global standards. In this endeavor students are regularly provided soft skills training sessions, which are specially tailored according to the industry needs .Further the use of aptitude & knowledge test to screen potential job applicants has been standard practice in the industry across many different sectors. So, keeping this in mind, Department with its unique transformative agenda has devised programs for the preparations of aptitude test. Through these efforts Department of Training & Placement has considerably contributed to works on growth of the students and as a results year on year placements have risen rapidly.
