Baba Farid Group of Institutions Collaborates with Taaleem India
Baba Farid Group of Institutions ,with an aim to mould the students into technically qualified world class leaders and technocrats through acquiring internationally recognized training and degrees, joined hands with Taaleem India, one of the prestigious professional training providers in India. Taaleem Academy Ltd has been founded by HR experts with global work experience of more than 30 years in HR. It offers various industries relevant individual programmes to enhance the scope of employment. To launch the association of Taalem India with BFGI, BFCET and deptt. of Training and Placement organized a formal function on 18th January,2011 in which eminent key speakers from various industries were invited. In the inaugural session of the function Mr. Manish Goyal (Dean Academics) introduced the students with the brief history of BFGI in general and BCET in particular and familiarized the students with Taaleem India. Mr. Gurmeet Singh Dhaliwal, Managing Director BFGI formely welcomed various dignitaries and threw light on the accomplishments of BFGI. He stressed upon the point that in these challenging times, it has been figured out that the Training is the best way to overcome tough times and get best outcome and Taaleem India is here to offer this. He said that it is not only a collaboration of two professional units but of two ideologies. He also expressed that BFGI is going to dedicate the year 2011 to youth development and such training programmes will help to accomplish the same.
Next speaking on this occasion, Mr. Jaiprakash S. Hasrajani, Co Founder of Taaleem India expressed that its great privilege to work with BFGI, an institute which is working with mission and vision. Apart from this he motivated the students to lay stress on developing their technical and soft skills. He proclaimed that the students must have positive attitude to be successful in any industry. After Mr. Jai Prakash, various key speakers like Mr. Joginder Singh, Chief-Engineer, Punjab Infotech, Mr. Sunil Yadav, AGM-Power Solution Centre, Schneider Electric India and Mr. Shahab Naqvi, Senior Manager, Schneider Electric India Ltd, also expressed their views. They all insisted on the need to bridge the gap between the requirements of industry and the skills that currently exist with Engineering graduates. They claimed that the coming years are going to be more challenging and tougher for the students as there is going to be more cut throat competition for them. At the same time there are going to be lots and lots of opportunities for them. All they need is to have better skills, positive attitude and hard work.
In the closing ceremony of the function Dr. Jasbir Singh Hundal, Director-Principal, BFCET offered his gratitude to the various eminent personalities present in the function. He expressed that BFGI always try to provide best possible opportunities and facilities to the students and they should make the best use of them and now by collaborating with Taaleem India we are providing a platform for our students to develop their practical skills. |
